I had such big plans for this blog for December - there are so many fun topics related to Christmas, winter, giving, crafts, recipes... but now we're halfway through the month and I've only posted once - and it wasn't even my idea!
I guess I've been in a bit of a rut lately and the blog is suffering because of it. If you're still checking this blog (and thank you if you are!), please leave me a comment on a few ideas that you'd like to see in the upcoming weeks. Maybe that will help my writer's block!
Until then...

No surprise about the writer's block, and no shame in that! You have other pressing things going on! How about activities to encourage character building, like generosity & sharing. It could be a good topic at this gift-giving time of year.
It's a busy time of year! Lots of distractions. Don't beat yourself up too much! :) I'd love to hear suggestions from other moms on how they deal with Santa Claus. Let the kids believe? Play into it? Explain the "idea"? I have no idea what we will do.

I know this is only encouraging consumerism, but I'm interested in gift ideas, particularly for a 9 month old, who, I suspect, will prefer the tissue paper.
Don't sweat it Beth. You're covering half the country this month. If you do find some time, I'd be interested to hear some thoughts on Santa as well. I have been pondering the subject a little bit lately on my own as well, but additional thoughts are always good.
